This weapons seminar will feature an ALL LEVELS nunchaku lesson. We will cover the basics of wielding the nunchaku, from improving your figure 8 pattern to striking targets for accuracy. This is a seriously fun seminar that promises to kick your nunchaku skills up a notch.

Our next board breaking class will be held on 1/26/19 at 1:00pm
This board breaking class will allow your child to participate in the martial tradition of board breaking. This class covers the basics of breaking wooden boards using a variety of martial arts strikes. Board breaking has immense benefits for the body and mind. From stronger bones to better confidence-- board breaking has something to offer for everyone.
